Healthnut is a meal plan program

in which I share seasonal meal plans

throughout the year.

On the first day of each month,

Healthnut members receive

two 1-week meal plans

with a grocery list, batch-cooking instructions, and a suggested meal schedule.

To encourage plant-based eating,

all Healthnut recipes use exclusively plant foods, and evolve with the seasons so that seasonal ingredients are featured as the seasons change.

What's Included

On the first of each month, I will publish

two new 5-day meal plans, each complete with:

  • 7-8 Seasonal Recipes;

  • Batch-cooking Instructions with a suggested schedule of when and what to eat;

  • Community with whom to learn, share, and build your health;

  • Live Feedback and Comments with me and our Healthnut community;

  • Worksheets and Guidance to help you build your own recipes and meal plans throughout the rest of the month;​​
