Healthnut is a meal plan program
in which I share seasonal meal plans
throughout the year.
On the first day of each month,
Healthnut members receive
two 1-week meal plans
with a grocery list, batch-cooking instructions, and a suggested meal schedule.
To encourage plant-based eating,
all Healthnut recipes use exclusively plant foods, and evolve with the seasons so that seasonal ingredients are featured as the seasons change.

two new 5-day meal plans, each complete with:
7-8 Seasonal Recipes;
Batch-cooking Instructions with a suggested schedule of when and what to eat;
Community with whom to learn, share, and build your health;
Live Feedback and Comments with me and our Healthnut community;
Worksheets and Guidance to help you build your own recipes and meal plans throughout the rest of the month;
